Refunds & Returns Policy

Rockwell Billiards, Inc. is dedicated to providing the 100% Customer Satisfaction.
Returns & Refunds:
Customers must call (1-877-231-1426) first to obtain a Return Authorization Number before returning any product to Rockwell Billiards.
Items that are returned without a Return Authorization # will be refused and returned back to the customer.
For orders over $75, customers will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Rockwell Billiards offers a 30 day Money Back Guarantee on all purchases.
Returns must be returned within 30 days in original packaging and in same condition as when received.
Refunds will be for the purchase price only not shipping charges.
All refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of returned merchandise.
Refunds will be processed with the same form of payment you made while purchasing the item(s).
If returning any DVD's & CD-ROM's they must be unopened for Rockwell Billiards to accept.
Customers are responsible for the shipping charges accrued getting the item(s) back to the SUPPLIER'S ADDRESS.
All Cues that are returned must not be chalked and must be in new condition.
Exchanges:
Rockwell Billiards does allow exchanges in most situations.
Customers are responsible for the shipping charges of returning the product.
Customers will also be charged return shipping for the new item at the normal shipping rate.
Customers will be responsible for the difference in price if the exchanged item price is more.
Customers will be credited the difference in price if the exchanged item price is less.
Cancellation & Other Issues:
Rockwell Billiards has the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Website Errors:
Rockwell Billiards has the right to cancel a purchase made on www.rockwellbilliards.com due to errors in availability, description, price, or shipping charges.
