I just wanted to let you know that I have been on vacation for the past three weeks and haven't yet left my feedback for this item. My husband and I are building a new home, which is almost done, and while I was away, the light fixture came and he hung it up over our new kitchen island. Let me just say that this light is even more beautiful than the pictures and goes perfectly with my new rustic Texas decor. I will leave feedback for you today. I just had to write and tell you thank you so much for the gorgeous light!!!

I ordered a cue stand from your company as a birthday gift for my father. The process was easy and the delivery was quick. The young lady I ordered the stand from was very pleasant and extremely helpful. When the gift was opened, it was discovered that the score counter was broken. I called and spoke to Jake. He was also very friendly and found another counter and shipped to us right away. This had the potential to be a bad situation but I was very pleased with the outcome. Congratulations on valuing customer service. I have a large Refrigeration and Air Conditioning company in Canada and hope my employees are as responsive as yours.

Thanks for the positive feedback. This is a nice item for the price. It is not veneer, but a hardwood. It would cost me around $100.00 for the heavier solid oak corner floor rack stand. Nonetheless, because of your fair pricing, I am not displeased with the product. The floor rack stand looks good in my game room. Thanks, also, for your excellent communications. You were always prompt in responding to my questions. I would not hesitate to purchase from you direct. If you have a mailing list, I would like to be included.

Within in the past six weeks we purchased a used pool table. We needed to get cues, balls etc. I located your company on the web and called several times and spoke with JR before placing my order. He gave me excellent service and was very knowledgeable sharing his expertise and making recommendations. Billiards is a new hobby for us and we did not want to purchase entry level equipment that would need to be replaced in a year or so. JR directed me towards the right equipment and we are very happy with our choices. I made several follow-up phone calls and each time he was patient and worked hard to resolve the problem or get the additional merchandise I needed out to me quickly - we live in Wilsonville OR.
